Case Study 02 Building a Local Physiotherapy Practice's Digital Presence
Client: Regional physiotherapy practice, Canada

The challenge
A well-established local physiotherapy practice had a small but loyal social media following and wanted to grow their visibility within their regional community. Unlike larger brands, their goal wasn't viral reach, it was consistent, trustworthy presence that would convert local awareness into booked appointments. Starting from a modest base of 400 Facebook followers, the priority was steady, meaningful growth rather than chasing numbers.
What I did
I took over the day-to-day content operation, editing short form reels and writing social media posts tailored to a local healthcare audience balancing professional credibility with approachable, engaging content and ads. Alongside the content work, I built a Zapier automations connecting their booking system to their email and calendar, removing the manual back-and-forth that was slowing down their lead follow-up process and ensuring no enquiry slipped through the gaps.
